Step By Step

  • Dually filled membership form.
  • NTN Certificate (Photocopy).
  • Sales Tax Registration Certificate (Photocopy).
  • CNIC (Photocopy).
  • 2 Passport size color photographs of the representative.
  • Signature from 2 existing members of APTPMA on columns Proposer/Seconder of the membership form.
  • Details of Machinery installed in the Mills/Factory on Firm/Company’s Letterhead.
  • Submit the duly filled & signed membership application form along with the fee at concerned Regional Office APTPMA.
